Client Reviews

My experience with Alysia was fantastic! She is uniquely talented and knowledgeable in both natural interpretation and wellness. She flawlessly blends the natural environment and the wellness / emotional reflections. I have been twice and each time was different and interesting. We alternate taking walks and learning about nature and then spend some time sitting in nature, by a river or under a Giant Sequoia, prompted by her thoughtful questions. Discussions are calm, open, and you feel safe sharing. Alysia is equally adept at knowledge of the animals and plants in this park as she is intuitive, kind, and thoughtful with the meditation exercises. Her itineraries are structured and well-planned but also leave some room for spontaneity or longer conversations. Highly recommend this adventure.

Walking through the redwood forest with Alysia has been a deeply moving experience. Alysia has a gentle and insightful way of guiding us as we stroll in an absolutely beautiful environment. She has an integrative approach - using nature while leading us through emotional/spiritual work. We walk, talk, do a little yoga, and meditate our way through the rivers, wildlife, and giant Sequoias. Alysia brings her years of working in Sequoia National Park as the foundation of her spiritual guidance. It's a beautiful journey.
