Root Down to Rise -
Winter with the Sequoias
Giant Forest, Sequoia National Park
Offered: December - April
Invite in the stillness of winter in the Giant Forest. Together we will walk or snowshoe (depending on conditions) amongst the biggest trees in the world. We will ground ourselves in the peace of the forest to expand our sense of connection with ourselves and nature. Throughout the day, I will integrate learning about the Giant Forest with the lessons it can teach us.

Flow with the Kaweah River
Hospital Rock, Sequoia National Park

We begin at Hospital Rock where we'll view rock paintings and grinding holes from the Western Mono, then walk along the Kaweah River and enjoy lunch by a waterfall. Throughout the day I will integrate learning about the plants, animals, river and mountains with the lessons we have to learn from nature.
